I had purchased a product (hard disk) from Paytm Order no - #[protected] . But by mistake i have entered wrong shipping address & for changing it i had sent an mail to paytm customer care . Next day, a call on registered mobile no came & he told me that he is paytm customer care & this call is in response to mail for correcting shipping address . He then asked me for paytm id & password for changing shipping address, I gave him the details and told us to wait for 2 hours for correction . After 5 min I received a message that your order has been cancelled and money is refunded in paytm wallet account then i tried to open my account but password doesnt match . He had transferred the whole amount of Rs 4580 to his account ..Few digits of his ATM are saved in my id when i changed password & opened my paytm account .I have his recording saved in my mobile which i can send u for future proof.
