Paytm — Got wrong recharge

I had attempted a recharge of Rs. 200 for a Tata Docomo number from paytm.com to get a full talktime of Rs. 200. Instead I got some 3G plan activated. I have contacted both Paytm and Tata Docomo regarding this. I have had no response from Paytm and this is the response I got from Tata Docomo: "I would like to inform you that once the pack is activated and the benefits are provided, the same cannot be deactivated, refunded or converted to other offer and the same you have to wait till the pack expires. Kindly make a note of the same." Please see the attached screenshot as well. It clearly indicates that we are supposed to get a Full Talktime of Rs.200 for a recharge of Rs.200. Please help me and users of Paytm from such malpractices.
