Paytm — how could i got my return money

i have deposited an amt 10302/= for a mobile gionee M2 but you failed to fullfill your comments.Now i want to return my amt from your account.I have received a mail that your amt had deposited to your paytm account.So how could i get that amt. Please return my amt on my account no from which i transferred the same to your account.kindly intimated properly @ clearly regarding the amt yet to be returned.
