Paytm — I am denied cashback order no [protected] | |||||
I had purchased the bike (mahindra gusto) from rehana motors after getting confirmation from an authorized executive that i would get rs.5000 cash back when i place an order with paytm.com. I was totally new to paytm.com and i do hardly unaware of how it works. this was the first time that i used the patytm.com service for cashback of rs.5000 on my bike purchase. that was the reason i took help from an authorized person at rehana motors to create an account with paytm.com and place an order ([protected]). Prior to placing the order itself, i had paid the full amount payable in cash to the vendor and the vehicle got delivered on the same day (30th april 2016). i was in the view that the vendor would pay for the order placed with paytm.com thereafter. Later i learnt that my order had failed (when i contacted the customer care after around 4 weeks after the order has been placed) due to some weird reason. but i did not receive any notification regarding the failure neither to my mobile or my email. I understand that the personnel at rehana motors had done something wrong while tampering with my account. I also know that there is a remedy for any issue. you simply can not say that because of a silly mistake (missing promo code), i am denied cashback. despite having access to every record of every transaction done with the website, you did never notified me of any failure with order placement. I have every document to provide you as evidence in support of my case. Please help me in getting back of my hard-earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
