Paytm — I have ordered a product but paytm cancelled it for unknown reasons

I have ordered 4 quantities of "Panasonic ER206KK Trimmer For Men (Black)" .

My order has been cancelled giving me me unknown reasons against my wish . I ordered my product and made relevant payments but the same has been cancelled and i got a mail of cancellation today's morning.

I am a regular customer of paytm . I proposed the same product to many of my friends, they also bought this product from paytm . and now the order has been cancelled for me and my friends as well .

Please take necessary actions as this thing is not acceptable from paytm . My frineds who relied on me and bought the same product from paytm are also not feeling good .
