Paytm — I want refund of courier charge paid by me | |||
Sir, I bought Mahavir Induction based pressure cooker worth Rs 1149 through www.Paytm.com on dated 20th May 2015 and order ID is[protected]. I got third quality deluxe brand pressure cooker so I filed for return but nobody came to recieve product and after so much mail Paytm sent me mail to return product by myself and they will send me courier charge. So as per Paytm request I sent the Pressure cooker. The total cost incurred to to send the Cooker through Blue dart was Rs 900/-, as per the policy I sent the courier receipt to Paytm to return the amount to my account, but when connecting to customer representative he said we can't return you that much of courier charges, now I have multiple grievances in this regards: Counting your mistakes- 1- First of all its fault of Paytm thatt hey sent some other local brand pressure cooker instead of Maharaja brand which I ordered. 2-It is duty of Paytm to collect the product which customer doesn't like/wrong product delivered, if not Paytm should assist his customer by returning whole courier charges hassle free. 3-Paytm didn't mention how much money they will return or anything similar to that so Paytm can't restrict me now to a limited payment. I should not pay for multiple mistakes of Paytm. So please respond to me and help me to return my whole amount . Was this information helpful? | |||
