Paytm — Idea Postpaid Recharge | |||||
I tried for a postpaid recharge amount of Rs 343.86 on July 3rd 2016. But idea declined the transaction and Paytm given a message like "We have refunded the amount to your Paytm wallet for your failed order".Why the hell is paytm adding that money to the wallet?That is a terribble trespassing into a consumer's right.Paytm always behaves like this.They always tries to add the failed transaction amount to their wallet.Customer must have the oiption that whether the money to be refunded back to the bank A/c or to the paytm wallet. I don't want my money in paytm wallet. I need it to be refunded in my own Bank A/c. Was this information helpful? | |||||
