[Resolved] Paytm — Incorrect amount deducted and keeping the case pending without taking proper resolution | |||||
I am Tanumoy from Kolkata. One of my friend asked to recharge a top up in her BSNL Kolkata mobile for which I opened the PayTM site and found Full Talk Time @Rs. 110 and did it on 29th Nov, 2015 at 8:26 PM. I thought to do a recharge on my father's mobile since it is giving full talk time and did the same recharge in my father's BSNL Kolkata number for Rs. 110 at 9:19 PM. When I checked the balance, I actually received Rs. 93. Immediately I called my friend and got to know that she has also received Rs. 93 only. Then I have raised my concern to [protected]@paytm.com and got Rs. 17 refunded on 5th Dec, 4:46 PM. I have requested them to refund the same amount for the second recharge that I did but couldn't receive the correct benefit. Here the story begins where we have already exchanged 20 mails and its already 1.5 months over and they are keeping on exchanging mails without refunding the money to me. What they are currently saying that as per their rules I need to provide them screen-shot of the amount received on the recharge. I tried to explain them that how could it be possible to take a screen-shot of the message which came as a flash message in my mobile and also 1.5 months back. But they are quite clear that they can't able to refund unless I provide the screen-shot. My query is if PayTM has certain rules then why didn't they ask me when they refunded the amount for the first recharge, why is it arising for the second one ? I am attaching the proof that I have recharged twice on the same day and already they have refunded once for not providing the correct benefit. Then why does they require screen-shot to refund the amount for the second recharge ? Was this information helpful? | |||||
