Paytm — irctc refund not received for cancel ticket from paytm

Hi,
I had booked train ticket via paytm on 23/10/2018
Journey date 27/10/2018 but due some reason i canceled the ticket and filed tdr on the same date. Irctc initiated (26/11/2018) refund from there end but paytm have not refund my money yet.
Even though i have raised this issue with paytm and they are not giving me answer to query whenever i called them, they are telling me your query will be solved within 24 hrs but failed to resolved from 1 week.
