Paytm — JBL Bluetooth Speaker

I received a defective speaker and so far, my email has not been looked into. Ticket #[protected] and Order # [protected]. I have sent multiple emails [protected]@paytm.com and every time a new person is replying back to my email asking for pictures of the defective product along with additional details whereas, I have shared all the relevant details to the first email. Can someone help me understand what is going on here? In addition, I received an email which says that Your request for return against this order has been accepted. We would like to inform you that currently none of our courier partners provide reverse pickup service at your location. We request you to please courier the shipment at the address given below: Order# [protected] Tuesday, December 08, 2015 09:04:12 Return your items to: NuvoEx Logistics Pvt Ltd. Khasra no.[protected], Kapashera Extension Nala Wali Road, Kapashera Delhi Delhi 110037 Who will be paying for the return shipment? It's not my fault for receiving a defective product. If I have to go out of my way, as a customer, to ship this product back to the seller to to whosoever and if this is what Paytm is all about, I would not ever make any purchase from Paytm. Also, your customer care number is bogus and I never get to connect to your representative. Hence, I am choosing consumer complaint forum. Today, I received a message on my number below, that your PayTM return pickup (Req ID: P[protected] is scheduled for today (17-Dec-15). This message is again confusing me. I can be contacted at [protected]. In addition, I don't want any replacement from Paytm or the seller. I just want MY FULL REFUND OF MONEY. I am very disappointed with the product as I was not expecting this scenario. This is beyond my expectation that the seller or whosoever have sent me this product is defective. I bought this product as I planned a family trip which is due next week. Not only that I will not be able to take this product along with me but it will also spoil the fun of the family trip. When I received the delivery and open the Paytm poly bag, I took out the JBL Speaker box where I observed that the multi-color seal on the box was tempered and someone (or the person who opened the box) put it back. I thought, since the product would have come via airplane, police or airport authorities might wanted to check but in that case, Paytm poly-bag would have also been open, which was not the case. I took out the product and immediately started testing to verify if everything is working. THE SPEAKER DOES NOT CHARGE AND HOLD CHARGE AT ALL. I am very much disappointed with this purchase and would like either, the product to be REPLACED with no additional charges of shipping etc and expedited shipping OR FULL MONEY BACK without any additional questions.
