Paytm — Lenovo A269i mobile is not working.. Service center told me warranty experience with 6 months

Hi, I have purchased Lenovo A269i mobile from paytm.com on May 31 2015, When I got this message. Facebook was not working in this mobile. I submitted request to refund my amount and i got from paytm customer care. i need to contact with lenovo service centre to reslove this issue, but issue not resolve, so I was not able to run facebook from this mobile, So i am using this mobile for facebook. But after 4 month again i face another issue. mobile ring is not working then i went service centre, then service centre guy told me. warranty of this mobile is experience with 6 months. Then I told service centre guy how it is possible. Then he give me reply and told me . this mobile is not in market so warranty of this mobile is experience with 6 months. So please refund my amount or provide solution my problem. If i not got any solution from paytm then i will go consumer forum to take amount. For more details you can refer the paytm invoice. Really this is very big mistake to purchase mobile in your id. If i will not get any solution i will not purchase any thing in your sites also i will provide this complaint so many complaint to get this amount. I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
