Paytm — Login issue for [protected]

Can't login to my account with email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no [protected]. Everytime an otp verification comes but I have lost access to that particular mobile number. I have tried to contact paytm through email. But they are not responding. It's very disappointing service from paytm. I have unused wallet balance of at least 200 & I can't use that
