Paytm — Lost my money by paying electric bills through paytm for cesc calcutta | |||
I paid 3 electricity bills of cesc (Calcutta electric supply Corporation), kolkata from your website on 31st july 2014. The due date Of those bills are 5th august 2014. Three bills with consumer nos. Are Given below :- [protected] - rs. 1880 [protected] - rs. 1270 [protected] - rs. 270 while paying it was written that it will take upto 2 working Days to consider the amount paid in their accounts. From that time Onwards am waiting and waiting, my due date got over.. I wrote before to You about this issue that i called cesc calcutta, visited them also but They haven't received the payment yet, they told me. One of the Operator of paytm told me that my electricity bill has been paid. But Their was no information in the cesc calcutta, also i didn't got any Information. Now tell me what will i do?? Its being 15 days from my Paying date still the bill has not been paid, the amount also got Debited from bank (State bank of india). The amount is not small. Total Its near upto rs. 3000. Which i dont know where it is. Please tell me What will i do now?? Cesc calcutta have not got any payments till now ( 15 days passed) and i also didnt got any refund or anything else.. Please with utmost urgency i request you please look into this matter. Where is my money then?? Please whether process it for paying or refund It please. I request you. Am recharging through paytm from very long Time but never faced this type of issue. With utmost trust and seeing Easy bill payment options and convenience i always trusted paytm and Recharged or paid my bills through your website. But now what will i Do?/ please i request you please do something about my money. The order Ids are[protected],[protected],[protected]. Paytm care representative Constantly telling the consumer nos. As mobilenumber. Those are not Mobile nos those are consumer nos of electricity bills which i paid Through your website and those are not recharged thosebills have been Paid through ur website. Those bills are for cesc calcutta ( calcutta Electric supply corporation). I have asked cesc they told me they didnt Got any kind of payment. They are telling me again to pay those bills. Now what will i do?? I have paid bill for about rs 3000, the money go Debited and now i don't know where is the money?? I complained several Times to paytm care but nothing happened. Then whom will i trust ?? Please look into this matter. Its quite urgent atleast for me. I want my Money.Please. Paytm always telling the same line checked with cesc and They confirmed them. I am repeatedly telling that am residing in Calcutta and i paid bill for cesc calcutta . In your website their is Also another cesc named cesc mysore. So whether you checked it right or Wrong?? Cesc has send me notice that u havent paid my bill and my Electric supply will be disconnected. Now tell me what will i do?? My rs 3000 totally lost.. U didnt bother also to look into my request Urgently...What will i do now?? They are telling they havent got any Payment and my connection will be disconnected. I also have that Notice.. I dont know where is my money then?? U didnt helped me and i Totally lost my money recharging from your website. Now only god can Help me. I also have sent them my disconnection notice. Please i beg you Please return my money. I dont have so much money that i will just let It go.. For god's sake please return my money if some minimum courtesy You have. My life's biggest mistake was trusting paytm for paying bills. Today i visited cesc calcutta they told me clearly that we do not have Any relations with paytm website and you have paid there at your own Risk. They didn't got any kind of payment and they literally in a harsh Voice told me that your line will be disconnected if you dont pay the Previous amount and also this month's amount which total comes to rs. 6110. Now tell me what disaster has paytm done with me?? My hard earned Money got totally lost and now they are playing the same radio saying Bill paid etc. Please save me. Please read the whole complain.
