Paytm — Lost my Money on Bill Payment; Can't contact customer care through any comunication | |||
This Praveen, I was the paytm customer since past 1 year. I did lot of transaction, But when they get the status of the Bank, they are not giving any response. During airtel bill payment they deduct my money, but its not received by airtel.I was tried to communicate them in many way. No response. I sent many complaint post, mails, but they stay like deaf. Even though I tried to call them from my registered mobile as they said in their site[protected] but its simply saying number doesn't exist.[protected] always busy. My last complaint tickets : Ticket ID[protected] ; Ticket ID[protected] Really, RBI did wrong :( Was this information helpful? | |||
