Paytm Mall — i didn't get my delivery item which i have ordered but in tracking details it is showing that item is delivered

I didn't get my delivery item which i have ordered.. The delivery person didn't even all me about my delivery item... Bit the tracking details showing that the item is delivered... The worth of my ordered item is 1, 340 even the customer care of paytm mall is not responding to my problem.. I have got the message from bluedart they have given me number to contact them but when i contact them they are not receiving my call and now the call is busy for whom should i got contact... Every thing is fake
