My business account showing following error

Our risk engine has detected unfair usage pattern in your merchant account and hence, your payment acceptance has been put on hold.
i did 2/3 transaction from my paytm wallet to paytm business, but it never gave me any warning or any message that it is not allowed as per policy, if it was not allowed then it should be stopped at my first transaction only, now the last transaction i did is of Rs. 7500, it was deducted from Wallet but not showing to my business transaction history, it was not deposited to my bank and it is not returned to my wallet again. I don't know where my Rs. 7500 gone?

but as per my transaction history, i have not done any unfair use of paytm.
request you to start my business paytm services once again.
