Paytm — mis selling of laptop | |
Dear sir I purchased a lenovo laptop from paytm (Vide order no.[protected]) on 22/10/2017 at the time of purchase paytm provide me accidental damage protection warranty. But someday back i try to avail adp, lenovo denied to provide me the same. When i approach to paytm they answering me after one month of my complaint the warranty activated after redemption. But at the time of purchase nobody inform regarding this redemption process. Even not mentioned on invoice provided by paytm. I need your help for justice.
