Paytm — Mobile. recharge

My self shikhar dhameeja i have to use our paytm app for the mobile balance recharge. On date 24.06.2016 at time of 9:29pm to recharge mobile balance of 209rs mob. No. [protected] (Airtel) but balance not given to my no. & cash is reduced my account & paytm will show recharge is successful.
Please sir give me a money retuns to my account.
