Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount debited but not credited in wallet

Dear sir,

With respect, i want to say that i have an registered paytm wallet [protected]. My account number is xxxxx15322850. I have made payment to paytm via transaction#[protected]Narration: pos prch
Pos[protected] one97 communications lnoida) with tranaction # as on feb 12, 2017 with amount of rs 4999. The payment has been deducted from account but not credited into paytm wallet. The transaction has declined but i still not received my amount in my account yet. The paytm says that they have not received payment (Copy attached) so, they don’t send back. Kindly investigate the situation & help us for my precious money. This is part of my salary i am facing mental pressure from feb 12, 2017. I have to pay someone.in fact my cheque is also bounce.

Bank says they need 45 days to resolve this, this is really frustrating and i am very disappointed as paytm user

ma be trasfer to bank baroda rajasthan kshetriya gramin bank ifsc code is rong but acount holder name is sukhver is fead but paytam pament trasfer acount name other acount holder is not mach but paytam trasfer pament with tranaction # as on jan 12, 2017 with amount of Rs 5000, 2000 =7000. The payment has been deducted from account but not credited into acount and acount holder name is other acount. The transaction has declined but I still not received my amount in my account yet. The paytm says that they have not received payment (Copy attached) so, they don't send back. Kindly investigate the situation & help us for my precious money. This is part of my salary I am facing mental pressure from jan 12, 2017 . I have to pay someone.

Bank says they other name acount holder sa to not my moany than transfer my moany this, This is really frustrating and I am very disappointed as PAYTM USer

Kindly look into this on priority revert me.

I recently ordered a boat basshead headset and what i got was a set of gillette use and throw razors. Return option is not available in the app or website where is product appears to be still on shipping process. Customer support is also not reliable. Feeling helpless now.
