Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount debited from bank a/c but recharge not successful and no action taken from 24 hrs

I recharged my Vodafone no. [protected] from Paytm yesterday for 275/- . The amount was deducted from my a/c but recharge is showing is processing status since 24 hrs.
Also I complained abouy it in mail. And even called the helpline no. But no executive attended the line.
I need to cancel the transaction and refund of my deducted balance.
