Hi Team, I have booked train ticket in IRCTC yesterday 16/12/18 via PAYTM third party payment, amount got deducted by ticket wasn't booked. status i can see was pending from bank.but i have called my bank and they confirmed that amount was deducted and i can see that in my statement as well. but looks was it was not received by irctc but i was blocked with paytm.
