Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount deduction with cradit card

Respected sir, my name is shiv raj singh, i have make a payment (rs-4958) my electricty bill on 31/12/2016 by my hdfc cradit card, thru paytm mobile aap.
but today i get information that my electricy company did not get aney kind of
amount.and the above such amount is deducted from my cradit card.
plz tak necessary action about that so that i can use trustfully transtion trur
pay tm aap.
