Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount get deducted from bank account but didn't get added in paytm wallet | |||
Hi team, On 29th dec 2016 i had added rs:100/- to my paytm wallet, the amount got deducted from my bank account immediately but was not added in my paytm wallet. I have also got payment received email from paytm but the money was not added in paytm wallet. I have also registered a complaint against paytm but did not receive a single reply from them. Actually I added 1000 rs before 20 days from icici bank with internet banking I called to icici customer care they sad detected balance from our side and I am also mail to paytm but no response there side still I am waiting.

Dear paytm, I given complaint to paytm costumer care 2 times, but I not any information.on 23/12/1016.3000 cut from my ICICI debit card.they told will call u later, I'm waiting for call but I can't get there call.
Amount of Rs 1106/- 24/12/2016 8:51PM. has been deducted from my bank Account but the balance does not show in the paytm wallet. i did not get any transaction ID as well so not able to reach the customer care. I have mailed several times but no reply. very poor customer support.
My a/c is debited with amount of 2000 but balance was not credited to my paytm wallet. please send it to my wallet or my bank soon as i need it much
