Paytm Mobile Solutions — Bank account wrongly debited

Updated by Veena Neelesh Had registered a complaint regarding my mom's Vasanti Kamaths account wrongly debited to paytm noida 2500 transaction ID 13945716
I received the following email

After sometimr i receive a call true caller also says paytm and he gives me detials of the person whose account my moms 2500 is wrongly debited and for reversals he asks mr detials of the bank he says we dnt deal with that bank either can u givr ur detials since ur daughter we wil credit the transaction in your acount and i give all thrthr detials surprisingly my account gets debited by 4900 and keeps asking me OTP received i found someting fishy i have not given any more detials and i have been cheated twice in name of Paytm 2500 plus 4900
