Paytm Mobile Solutions — blocked state of my paytm account

I forgot my paytm password and mistakenly tried to log in multiple times.. So my account got temporarily blocked now when i try to get the password reset link through customer care call.. It tells me that password reset link can not be sent due to some technical issues. I tried to send the complaint through the help section but that fails.. Every time i try to send the complaint.. It flashes " user details can not be fetched... I m frustrated.
