Paytm Mobile Solutions — bsnl bill not processed | |||
I paid my bsnl bill using paytm on sept 4, but when i contacted my branch, they told me that they didnt get any paid details under their billdesk.. When i made complaint under the app, they simply reply that "the payment is successful at operator side and if you want any reference with your issue, pls contact the operator". Then i asked them the operator customer care, they replied that it will take 98hrs to process the bill and indirectly refusing to give operator number. I waited for 4 days, till now there is no response. So, plz refund me my amount..
