Booking ID:[protected]. Date : 18.1.2018 Time 3:33pm Against the Committed cashback of RS 4800 i received only Rs. 1200. Complaint Raised: ID1 : 49228986 ID2: 49192881 ID3: 49255571 On ID3 all the requested snapshot and photo sent that clearly proves committed cashback of Rs 4800. I put seven reminders, nobody responding from Paytm. While asking on customer care number, he gave me one more Complaint ID (ID4). Again on call committeemen to come back within 24 hours.I believe paytm to be one of the most trustworthy mean for online transactions for their transparency. I hereby attaching all the photos starting from Promocode applied to successful transaction and SMS received for Rs4800. I have been fed up now, kindly do the needful. Jan 23, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Raised a complaint through my Mobile App against the transaction. Also raised a complain through customer care 011339996699 from my registered mobile.
[email protected] : Came back next day asking me for proof of cashback. I shared the same immediately.
Got a message thread with [email protected]
Finally "paytm" transferred money after followup of 3 days. | |||||
