My paytm complaints number is[protected]
I wanted to transfer money to one retailer through paytm. So i was doing that but my kyc was not completed. Thus that money is transferred into paytm wallet. Now they are asking to verify kyc first. So i inserted my pan number for verification. They notified me that will contact me within 24-48 hours.
Now its been 4 days and they are not giving me any answers. When i am calling paytm customer care, and i told them my issue that i want to my money back in my bank account, they ask me to do the first kyc confirm. They suggest me to complete figure verification nearby paytm authorized store. Now in paytm nearby stores are listed, where all numbers say the wrong number. I cant do anything here. So i called again today.in between calls, the executive person ended up my call. Why?
My concern is i want my money back. How can i get back'em in my bank account? If thumb verification needed, which authorized store do i have to visit? You are providing wrong details. Another is, why any executive persons don't give me a proper response. Please listen to all my recorded calls on your record. You will be shamed on yourself from your services.
Next complaint is for same is, if you need kyc confirm to transfer money, why you are accepting money from our bank account first. At first step, you should have to tell us to do the first kyc confirm.
I have called 4 times in 4 days. Now i am stuck up with your lazy services
I need my respond anyhow. Make my concern as prior to solving.
