Paytm Mobile Solutions — deduction money from my account

Respected sir/ mam
My amount rs 1000 deduct from my account and late fee charges also rs 450/-, but i had submit my instalment and late fees in your office. I had call many times but not connect with your customer care department. Please refund my money as early as possible.
Dc transaction no : [protected], dated 3 november 2018 payment failed at the time of payment.
Please help me
