Dear sir, after giving complaint i received a call from mr. Rahulkumar reddy cell no.[protected] he told about my complaint, he asked me about my debit card for depositing claim amount, i gave him the details of debit card, he send me otp, i gave him received otp. He told me he could not transfer the amount due to some problem. He asked for another debit card so i gave him my son's debit card he asked me about balance and use of card. The he told me that he did not transfer the same, than he asked another debit card, in due time my account was deducted by rs.1100/- and my son's account was deductd by rs.1000/-. How it happend? How the complaint was leaked? And who is responsible for my loss? My cell no is [protected]
Sms from my bank is withdrawl of inr 1, 100 ac xxx738499 draw the pos id bdr00001 on 20/08 at 19.18.58 kindly see in to matter. How can i get my amount
