[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Defective dell laptop and incomplete invoice | |||
I ordered an dell vostro 3458 notebook (Y554527uin9) (Core i3 (5th gen)/ (4 gb/1 tb hdd/35.56 cm (14)/ubuntu) order id #[protected] | date thu, 17 nov 2016 and material delivered on 18 nov 2016 through blue dart no. [protected]. When i have connected ac adaptor with laptop on 20 nov 2016, it was showing alert for charging that the ac power adaptor power & type can`t be determine. Than i have lodged complaint against the problem and paytm have generated ticket # 10019862. Support team have written me to go to service center as product in under warranty of 1 year. As i have purchased laptop online due to time limitations and now support team requesting to go at service center. I do have one laptop of 12.1 inches with me but purchased new one due to some urgent requirement. Supporting team is sending mails only (No any communication over phone). Further i have communicated with dell customer care but they wants purchase invoice with having service tag - cw7hmc2 and express service code - [protected] to update warranty of laptop. They have resolved my problem through service request:[protected] on 21 nov 2016 but still open of warranty issue. Paytm have sent me purchase invoice of laptop which having only service tag - cw7hmc2 number so please mention express service code - [protected] also in the invoice and sent me again to update warranty of the laptop. I have written to paytm for revised invoice with having service tag & express service code required to update warranty on 22 nov 2016 but paytm have not provided any support for charging issue and revised invoice also. Today i have generated one more ticket no. 10317837 for warranty issue. I don`t find that it`s genuine product or not. They will not providing software support without updating warranty. As per return policy, customer may replace / return material within 15 days from the date of delivery and 6 days already passed till today. I could return this laptop but not doing so because i need to join any institute and please send revised invoice for updating warranty clause.
