Paytm Mobile Solutions — defective phone and charger missing in box | |||||
I purchased a iphone from paytm.com on 30 june 2017. And the product was not in good condition and the charger has been missing... And i register the complain on paytm support on 1 july and day before tomorrow they told me that the replacement policy is of 10 days. But that was not my mistake because i register my complaint earlier and paytm took 19 days so that was not my fault.
