[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — delivery of product | |||
Dear sir, I have ordered one product through paytm. I gave my home address for product delivery ( between 7.00 Am to 9.00 PM) But the delivery person came today after 2.00 PM I told him I opt for the option for product delivery in the morning, he said due to rain he could not deliver the product in the morning. Later he said, in paytm there is an option for delivery between 7.00 Am to 9.00 PM. blue dart services don't giving the delivery in that time. If there is no option why they need to pick the delivery. If not we you would have given other address for delivery. I told him, I will tell the address for delivery. he did not wait until that. I did not pick my call. I didn't get my product. If there is no delivery option then why there are giving such option while booking the product. Delivery person number is[protected] Damodhar. At least I didn't not able to connect to customer care executive of the Blue dart I request for the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
