While paying my electricity bill via Pay TM on dt. 09/12/2016 against consumer no.[protected] of Chandra Prabha Prasad under Muzaffarpur VIDYUT VITRAN limited, a sum of rupees 21784/-(twenty one thousand seven hundred eighty four only) has been deducted from my S/B account no. [protected] of State Bank Of India, JATNI (ODISHA) but unfortunately neither it has been credited to Muzaffarpur VIDYUT VITRAN limited account nor it has been creditated back to my accont no.[protected] of State Bank Of India, JATNI (ODISHA). So, please do needful at the earliest as per transaction details given below. 1. SBI transactions dated 09/12/2016 POS PRCH POS[protected] ONE97 communication LNOIDA. Amount debited is Rs.21784/- 2.
