Paytm Mobile Solutions — failed to add money

I have added a sum of rupees 2229 using my Axis bank upi saved in Paytm application and my account was debited.
For sometime it was showing pending and after 15 minutes it was marked as failed.
I called the customer care of Paytm and they were unable to help me and instead asked me to contact Axis bank customer care.
I called Axis bank for the same and they reverted me again towards Paytm Customer Care.
I am now helpless regarding the same.
I need the amount back in my account ASAP as I have to pay someone on an urgent basis.
