Paytm Mobile Solutions — failed transactions but amount deducted

Hi,

On april 22, i tried booking tatkal tickets on irctc. I tried 4-5 times for payment via paytm gateway but all failed but i was charged for couple of times. Below are the details:
1. On debit card
Date: 22 apr 2019
Narration:[protected]-paytmirctcecatering
Cheque/ref no:[protected]
Amount: 1, 553.76

2. On credit card
Date: 22 apr 2019
Amount: 1, 569.72

Now on irctc it shows me 3 failed transactions with amount of 1541.96 each.

Have attached images as well.

Please initiate and update on refund process.
