Paytm Mobile Solutions — Flight booking cancelled by agency without informing the passenger and no refund | |||||
I booked a flight through Paytm for 7th July 22.55 Indigo on Apr 2, which cost Rs:4412/- On Apr 27, I requested for a modifcation and received a confirmation mail as well as the new ticket with the same PNR number and I was charged with extra Rs:1532/- On June 30, while onboarding, I was informed at the airport that my booking has been canceled whereas I did not receive any notification, neither did I request for any cancelation. Thus I was forced to book another flight which cost me extra bucks (around 10000). I was informed by Paytm that I will get a refund of the extra amount [i.e in this case it is[protected]=6000/-] It has been one week already and no refund credited yet. Meanwhile, I got to know from Indigo that my ticket was cancelled by the agency on the same day of modification (27th April) and they have returned 1400rs. which also Paytm has not returned to me.
