Paytm Mobile Solutions — fraud paytm transactions happened from my account without any consent | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday on 11th Feb 2019, I received 5 SMS from HDFC bank for I have spending money via Debit Card at Pay TM, But I would like to inform you that I didn’t make this payment or didn't share any details regarding my account i. E. Debit card no, CVV, pin no. Or any OTP with anyone. Even I didn't receive any OTP on my registered mobile no. Below are detailed msg’s which I have received from HDFC Bank on my registered mobile no; 1st msg received: ALERT: You’ve spent Rs.22.88 via Debit Card xx7844 at PAYTM1277488 on[protected]:15:27:31.Avl Bal: Rs.5454.50 2nd msg received: ALERT: You’ve spent Rs.26.42 via Debit Card xx7844 at PAYTM1277488 on[protected]:15:40:12.Avl Bal: Rs.5428.08 3rd msg received: ALERT: You’ve spent Rs.5000 via Debit Card xx7844 at PAYTM1293914 on[protected]:15:41:01.Avl Bal: Rs.428.08 4th msg received: ALERT: You’ve spent Rs.100 via Debit Card xx7844 at PAYTM1293914 on[protected]:15:43:54.Avl Bal: Rs.328.08 5th msg received: ALERT: You’ve spent Rs.300 via Debit Card xx7844 at PAYTM1293914 on[protected]:15:45:08.Avl Bal: Rs. 28.08 So I request you, please do the needful ASAP.
