Paytm Mobile Solutions — Fraud product (Soap instead of mobile phone) | |||||
Dear paytm team, This is really very shameful for paytm that i yogendra vats ordered a mobile phone (Dated: july 08, 2017) through paytm and today i have received a soap inside the mobile phone box. So, dear paytm team, can you please justify the same. I am also trying to get in touch with your customer care executive from morning but there is no representative to take call due to heavy call waiting list. The phone value is rs. 14949 (Motorola moto g4 plus). I am really very upset and going to take legal proceeding against the paytm. I need my money back.
