Paytm Mobile Solutions — fraudulent deduction of money by paytm. | |||
I recharged my metro card number 52769309 on 13th may (Order id [protected]) for rs 200 via paytm (Registered email id on paytm - [protected]@gmail.com) but on 14th may when i tapped on avm machine, it showed no recharge available. The money had been deducted from my paytm balance. I had to recharge again for rs 200 on paytm on 14 may and it got added afterwards via avm. The customer care executive at metro station informed that no amount for recharge of the metro card has been received on 13th may. So far i haven't received any refund for the recharge done on 13th may on paytm. I had already placed a complaint on paytm but no response have been received as yet. There is no adequate grievance resolution mechanism at the paytm. I request to kindly help me in getting the refund of the amount deducted from my paytm balance (Wallet transaction id [protected]).
