Paytm Mobile Solutions — fraudulent done by paytm against my order

Sir/madam,
this is to inform you that on 6th aug 2018 i have ordered a product from paytm. And my order i'd is [protected] (Sugar_rush beautiful girl's rose flower appliqued sleeveless party dress in fuschia red.) and on 8th aug 2018 my status got updated as the product was shipped by the seller and it was displaying on the site that it will be reach by 23rd. Than i waited till 23rd but the product was not delivered.. Than i mailed to paytm for the same. After that on 28th i received a mail from paytm that my order has been successfully deleived as well as i updated for the same on paytm site.. (Here i am sending you all my screenshots). but layer on i come to know that we have not received any packet from paytm. So i tried to message you through the application but there on site in my order query section it displayed that the product had been delivered on 24th and with in 3 days we can register the complaint.. And 4 days got over so i was unable to register my complaint. Than i call to custom executive of paytm and told him the same... He registered my complaint with 83429510 this complaint id. And assure me to revert with in 24 hours. But i didn't receive any kind of revert. Than next day again i made a call to paytm executive abdullah was the name of executive.. This time he told me the issue is of the deleivery services. And again registered my complaint with a new complaint i'd 83595886 and again assure me to revert with in next 24 hrs.. I waited for the same but they did not reply.. This time i made a call to the courier service.. They asked me for the awb number which i can find out from paytm site.. I found the same (Awb no [protected] from paytm site.. Deepak was the name of that customer executive. He checked the status and told me that the package had not picked till now from paytm.. That's why we are unable to deleiver the product. He told me that he will talk to paytm executive and will revert me in another 24 hrs. And also registered my complaint with 1266804 this complaint i'd. After that again i call many times to paytm executive but they are unable to give me answer for this. The case is actuly crystal clear.. As the order have not been picked by the courier service how it could be possible to deleiver it.. Here i am attaching the screenshot of the latest update of my order for your convenience. So what i mean to say is if your site is unable to deleiver the product than its better for you to refund my money as soon as possible.. Everything is crystal clear.. So don't take too much time to refund my money.1 month is over.. Many times i called to paytm as well as courier service but no one is answering me.. They have not refund my money as well as the product is undelivered.

Cheat company refund of recharge amount is not done. Done recharge of rs 378 on7 september it was unsuccessful but still refund not done
