Paytm Mobile Solutions — fund transfer related | |||
On 03 nov 2017 an amount of 5000rs got credited to my paytm wallet through zoomcar however due to an emergency i wanted to transfer my funds to my bank account and there was a option below to transfer the same but in my paytm wallet there was no account added nor i shared my account details While clicking on transfer to bank option it showed me that the transaction is failed due to network error however it shouldn't have been deducted from my paytm wallet still it got deducted showing as request pending While contacting to the customer care, was wiling to speak to paytm customer care executive while selecfing the options on the ivr it was asking for the txn id and so i was entering the txn id but again and again was getting the same error that txn id is not valid If this is the way you guys are running paytm the congratulations you guys are the biggest scammers in this whole world I'll also file a complaint against you guys if my whole and sole full money is not going to get back into my paytm wallet on top of that many tweets would be shared as well i m definitely looking forward to consumer court Kindly revert me and my money into my paytm wallet as soon as possible Paytm contact no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
