Paytm Mobile Solutions — I eligible for 150 rs two times cashback but I not get my cashback from paytm

On 19 th june and 20 th june I add 25000 rs on paytm wallet through UPI as per terms and conditions I get two time 150 rs total 300 rs cashback on my paytm wallet. but my two 150 rs (300rs)is still pending not reflected on my paytm wallet. So sir please help me for this two times 150 rs(300 rs) cashback which I eligible.
