I have made transaction of rs 10001 on 22july from paytm wallet to rummy noboob (billdesk) but at the time of transaction the amount is deducted from my wallet but from merchant side the transaction is failed at the time After consulting payment and rummy noboob and billdesk every is denying to receive the money.
