Paytm Mobile Solutions — I'm complaining about a laptop | |||
Sir i bought acer aspire 5 laptop on 17th of december with order id - [protected] from paytm. I received a faulty piece so i requested a return /replacement. As pickup was not available in my area so i sent it myself by india post (Tracking id - er[protected]in). It already aware paytm about it. The product got delivered on 4th jan but return was not shipped till 7th of jan. I received a message on 8th jan that 'your return is rejected'. I tried hard to contact paytm but didn't got any reply. I also contacted seller but he refused to help me. I have all proofs against paytm and laptop's delivery. I want my laptop back and a amount of rupees 10000 as a compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||
