Paytm Mobile Solutions — irctc pending from bank end showing | |||
Booked ticket on irctc using paytm amount debited inr 4125 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. Recently i had bought an antivirus DVD which even doesn't open or run. These days Paytm has become so non responsive that even it does not show a return for order and even help portal of the website never opens nd says try again.
