Paytmmall.com dated 9 august 2016. delivered on 14 august. 2016 .Order id [protected] gifted that product to relative the product is damaged unable to post return request. The customer care executive are staying that you can't return or replace the item even their return policy is of 7 days. The product is of very high amount. Please help me
