Paytm Mobile Solutions — jio recharge is pending but amount was deducted | |
I did jio 459 recharge on 10-11-17 through paytm the mode of debit card, amount was debited from bank account but recharge is processing still, when i saw your suggestions your paytm says after 2hours... Open the "my orders & click on cancel. But even after next day when i open the"my orders"the cancel button doesn't shows there. How to cancel my recharge or how refund my money back. Your paytm says..."at, paytm your trust is foremost, your is yours money untill you get what you paid for" If you have a loyality with your paytm promise solve my issue as soon as possible then proove your loyality. A straight forward question to you " howmuch time i will wait for this compliant... hours/days/months/years. already your said "hours" were completed. its time time for days. couple of days were also completed. when it is solves and clear to this.
i have hopes on your paytm to resolve the problem. but still yet, there is no improve in my compliant and there is no reply from paytm.
after a couple of days also your(paytm) not responding. it shows your loyality and promises towards the customers.
so, i am decided to raise a compliant and file a case on you in "consumers forum".
