[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money debited from account but order did not place.

Sir/Madam,
Today I ordered grocery goods from Grofers app. My bill amounted to Rs. 1253 and I chose to pay with Paytm Wallet. But when the transaction was in process the money got deducted but order was not placed.
So I request you to invistigate into my matter and takes necessary action because I do not trust Paytm at all neither I trust Grofers because the same thing happened with my relative and Paytm does not refund the money.
