[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money debited from account but order did not place. | |||||
Sir/Madam, Today I ordered grocery goods from Grofers app. My bill amounted to Rs. 1253 and I chose to pay with Paytm Wallet. But when the transaction was in process the money got deducted but order was not placed. So I request you to invistigate into my matter and takes necessary action because I do not trust Paytm at all neither I trust Grofers because the same thing happened with my relative and Paytm does not refund the money. Oct 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Paytm emailed me that we successfully make your payment to Grofers and I should coordinate with Grofers only.
