[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money debited from my account even after the payment was declined

I was going to reliance Nippon life insurance on Friday at 10:30 the amount was debited from my account but actually the payment was declined the amount was of 103609 but 75000 debited from my account even after the payment was declined why did it happen I want my money back but no insurance was paid so kindly refund my amount.
